NEWHALL RANCH MODEL HOMES COMING SOON
7/22/20 UPDATE: Fivepoint®, the developer of Newhall Ranch, announced in January 2020 that they sold 781 lots in Mission Village to unnamed builders.
Because of Covid-19 issues, construction at the project has stopped. It is now estimated that model homes will become available sometime mid-first quarter of 2021.
FivePoint is currently working on the infrastructure of the Mission Village area of Newhall Ranch.
When each infrastructure phase is complete, they will sell the developed property to individual home builders which will, in turn, build the Newhall Ranch Homes.
Mission Village is the first community to be established in Newhall Ranch. It will be developed in four stages and eventually bring 4,055 new homes of all sizes, shapes, and prices to the community.
In addition to the homes, there will be 1.5 million square feet of commercial property which will contribute to the highly desirable “walkable” type of community.
The list of builders of the new homes in Mission Village have not yet been announced by FivePoint.
Currently, homes in their The San Francisco Shipyard community have primarily been built by Lennar Builders. However, in Great Park Neighborhoods in Orange County CA, multiple builders were chosen to build the community.
Initially, a group of 21 home builders showed interest in “Pavilion Park”, the first community built within Great Park Neighborhoods. A group of eight builders were selected to build the homes which included: William Lyon Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Lennar, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes, and Taylor Morrison.
In “Beacon Park”, the second community currently being built at Great Park Neighborhoods, the builders include William Lyon Homes, K. Hovnanian Homes, Lennar, Pulte Homes, Richmond American Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes, and Taylor Morrison. Two new builders were added to the project: DR Horton and Standard Pacific.
