Wow...I can’t believe it has been three years already! October is a momentous month as FivePoint Valencia celebrates three unforgettable years since the first families and individuals moved into FivePoint Valencia! In October 2021, the community opened its doors to eager homeowners, welcoming them into a vibrant new way of living.

There is nothing quite like the charm of a local farmers market: fresh food, unique finds, and a welcoming community vibe. FivePoint Valencia’s newest feature—the farmers market—is just the place to experience all this and more! Set against the backdrop of “The Porch” at Navigation Way and Magic Mountain Parkway, this open-air market brings together local vendors every Sunday from 8:30 am to 1:00 pm.

I took a trip up to FivePoint Valencia yesterday, and wow – so much has changed! It’s been a little while since my last visit, and the amount of new construction going on is impressive. They’re building and selling homes left and right! While there, I had the pleasure of meeting Ivy, the sales representative at the Torrin Collection by Richmond American Homes. Ivy was such a joy to talk with – warm and welcoming.
