School Information for FivePoint Valencia®

Stock Photo – Not a local school

Schools of FivePoint Valencia® will include 5 elementary schools, 1 middle school, and 1 high school.

Those schools will be built over time, so as the children come to the development, so will the schools.

For now, children will be attending award-winning local schools that are described below.

HIGH SCHOOL

West Ranch High School

26255 West Valencia Blvd.

Stevenson Ranch, CA  91381

JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL

As you can see from this Google photo, West Ranch High School and Rancho Pico Jr. High School are located just south of the upcoming Mission Village neighborhood.  They are conveniently located directly across the street from each other.

Soon you will be able to connect to both schools via Westridge Parkway to Valencia Blvd.

ELEMENTARY SCHOOL

The elementary school has not been decided upon as of yet.  It seems that there is a boundary issue between two school districts, Newhall School District and Saugus Union School District.

When the boundary mapping was done a long time ago, it, unfortunately, split Mission Village right down the center. So, from what I understand, there are discussions about adjusting the boundaries going on as we speak.

When the decision has been made, I will let you know.
