Wow…I can’t believe it has been three years already!

October is a momentous month as FivePoint Valencia celebrates three unforgettable years since the first families and individuals moved into FivePoint Valencia! In October 2021, the community opened its doors to eager homeowners, welcoming them into a vibrant new way of living.

Back in the spring of 2021, the first 10 model collections were released by Lennar and KB Homes, selling faster than anyone could have imagined. In no time, more collections joined, including beautiful homes by TriPointe Homes, Richmond American Homes, and Toll Brothers. Now, three years later, we’re looking at a thriving, colorful community with 29 unique model home collections. Though many of these collections are already sold out, the community continues to expand, with more homes coming to fulfill the dream of homeownership in this remarkable setting.

Today, over 1,500 families have planted their roots in FivePoint Valencia, and this is only the beginning! With more than 4,000 homes planned for Confluence Village, this area (once known as Mission Village) is becoming a welcoming haven for anyone seeking a place to call home. From townhomes and single-family homes to (eventually, hopefully!) the much-anticipated 55+ single-family single-story homes, FivePoint Valencia truly offers something for everyone.

As I drove through the community this morning, taking in the progress since those early days, I felt a deep sense of admiration. The beauty of the Santa Susana mountain backdrop and the scenic Santa Clara River blend seamlessly with the earthy tones of the architecture, creating an environment that feels both grand, yet comfortable and inviting. The landscape is lush and beautifully manicured, and on any given day, you’ll see residents out walking, enjoying the paths, parks, and pools. With its Neighborhood Electric Vehicle paths and endless trails, FivePoint Valencia is designed for neighbors to meet, friends to gather, and families to explore.
