Valencia Neighborhoods
There are 8 unique neighborhoods included in the original Newhall Ranch / FivePoint Valencia master-planned community.
All of Valencia’s new potential neighborhoods were created with their own individual feeling and flair.
Each will be connected via beautiful and safe Paseos, bike paths, neighborhood electric vehicle paths and walking and hiking trails. Once the development has started, more detailed information with be forthcoming!
EXPLORE THE NEIGHBORHOODS
The new Valencia “Neighborhoods”, formerly referred to as “Villages”, will feature an inclusive community, that combines homes and offices, shops and restaurants, schools and parks, and entertainment and playing fields all within close proximity.
Staying closer to home helps people stay off the roads, and gives them more “quality of life” time doing things that are important to them.
NOTE 1: While you are exploring the new neighborhoods, please keep in mind that the neighborhoods as originally proposed in the Newhall Ranch Specific Plan and the Valencia Master Plan are subject to change at any time and may or may not be constructed as originally planned.
NOTE 2: The names of the neighborhoods are for location and building plan identification only. These names will not be used in the development once it is complete.

Valencia Neighborhood Map
Each Valencia Neighborhood is being strategically designed to have its own unique “environment” or “feeling” if you will. They are all being built with the environment and friendly “walkable” neighborhoods in mind.
- Entrada North and South and Legacy Village are part of the original Valencia Master Plan established in the 1960s.
- Homestead North and South, Landmark Village, Mission Village and Potrero Valley are part of the Newhall Ranch Specific Plan from 2003.
- The development was originally named Newhall Ranch, but changed to “FivePoint Valencia” by FivePoint in 2019. They felt it would continue the award-winning legacy and tradition of master planned excellence of Valencia.
