Valencia Neighborhoods
There are 8 unique neighborhoods included in the FivePoint Valencia master planned community. They are known as Entrada North, Entrada South, Homestead North, Homestead South, Legacy Village, Landmark Village, Mission Village, and Potrero Valley.
All of Valencia’s Neighborhoods were created with their own individual feeling and flair. Each will be connected via beautiful and safe Paseos, bike paths and trails. Once the development has started, more detailed information with be forthcoming!
EXPLORE THE NEIGHBORHOODS
The new Valencia “Neighborhoods”, formerly referred to as “Villages”, are being orchestrated under the leadership of FivePoint’s CEO Emile Haddad. Through his vision of an “inclusive community”, FivePoint’s goal is to create neighborhoods “that combine homes and offices, shops and restaurants, schools and parks, entertainment and playing fields all within close proximity.”
Staying closer to home helps people stay off the roads, and gives them more “quality of life” time doing things that are important to them.

Valencia Neighborhood Map
Each Valencia Neighborhood is being strategically designed to have its own unique “environment” or “feeling” if you will. They are all being built with the environment and friendly “walkable” neighborhoods in mind.
- Entrada North and South and Legacy Village are part of the original Valencia Master Plan established in the 1960s.
- Homestead North and South, Landmark Village, Mission Village and Potrero Valley are part of the Newhall Ranch Specific Plan from 2003. The development was originally named Newhall Ranch, but changed to “Valencia” by FivePoint in 2019. They felt it would continue the award-winning legacy and master planned excellence.
